Paper Flowers – No Template Required DIY

1. Here are your supplies needed…coffee filters (and dye, nutrient coloring or watered down paint), scissors, stapler, masking tape. You tin add together pipe cleaner stems, but I did not in this case.
2. After your coffee filters are dyed and dried you'll need to fold in one-half and then in half once more. TIP – You lot can dye the coffee filters in bunches and so separate once dry. Makes it faster!
3. Take several filters and with them folded into this quarter round shape, cut the edges with a scallop shape. They don't demand to exist perfect, equally garden flowers in nature never are. I had 2 sizes of filters here, but one works size works besides.
4. For almost of my flowers I used 6 filters. Once I had the scallops cut I laid them out apartment over again and and then folded them all together back into quarters. And so I put a staple at the end as shown to hold.
5. Once secured with the staple, lay them out flat again, placing what you'd similar for your center towards the top.
6. Take a pencil and from the top gather upwardly your layers around the pencil to bring in the flower shaping.
7. Starting from the elevation layer squish and carefully twist the newspaper from the underside, leaving the petal part every bit it is. Repeat this with each additional layer of your blossom and you'll commencement to see the flower taking shape.
